Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a Rainbow Play System. We hope it will bring your family years of safe and enjoyable backyard fun. We use the finest materials, including 100% natural North American chemical-free hardwoods, dual-bolt construction, commercial-grade hardware, dipped safety chains and all our Rainbow Play Systems are covered by our unprecedented
lifetime warranty. We understand products may become defective and may qualify to be replaced under warranty. Please review the following warranty procedures.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Warranty claims are available to the original owners and are not transferable. Please review the basic grading rules for a play system warranty claim before proceeding with a claim.

We require a brief written description of the warranty issue. Photos of the warranted parts, and of the entire play system. The digital picture should not exceed 100K.

If any of the above steps are not completed, there may be delays in the completion of your claim, or possibly warranty cancellation. We will review the claim and make contact with the customer by mail, email, or phone.

Please follow the steps listed below in order to process your warranty claim:

  1. Complete the information on the form below.
  2. Attach the photos of the parts clearly showing the damage.
  3. Attach a scanned copy of your original invoice/receipt.

Please Note: There is up to a 6 month wait for all warranty parts from the Rainbow Factory. Please note we have no control over the warranty, as to what is or is not covered, or the shipping of warranty requests. The warranty only covers the products and not the labor involved in replacing them. The replacement parts are shipped from the factory to our warehouse location; there will be a $5 per piece charge for each replacement part. Items can be picked up from the Cincinnati/Columbus Warehouse locations. If you prefer to have Recreations Outlet install or deliver the replacement parts, the labor and or delivery charge is your (the purchaser's) responsibility. The labor charge will be determined by the amount of labor involved in replacing the parts.

Service Call (Product Assessments, Accessories, Add-ons, Light Duty and Warranty Replacement) $89.00 per man/per hr* (anything over 4 hours will receive a 10% discount)
Delivery fee includes up to 20 miles from Recreations Outlet $75.00 ($2.00 per additional mile over 20 miles)
Disposal of a Residential Play System Call for quote

*There is a 1 hour minimum on each service call. After the first hour time is charged in 30 minute intervals.
